Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, the website collects your name, work email, company or organization, selected focus area, message, consent, submission time, and an automatically generated reference. Connection identifiers are used only to limit abusive submission volume and are not written to enquiry records. On Cloudflare, hashed connection identifiers and attempt times are stored separately in D1; expired attempts are removed when the next enquiry request is processed. The standalone Node.js service keeps its rate-limit identifiers in memory.

How the information is used

Enquiry information is used to review and respond to the request, understand service demand, and maintain the security and reliability of the enquiry process. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Storage and delivery

Enquiries are written to protected server-side storage: a private D1 database on Cloudflare, or a protected data file with the standalone Node.js service. If the operator configures an approved business workflow endpoint, the same enquiry may also be transmitted to that endpoint for follow-up. Operators are responsible for securing account access, choosing an appropriate storage region and retention policy, and protecting any connected workflow.

Retention and access

The organization operating this website must apply its approved retention schedule and restrict access to personnel who need the information to respond or administer the service. Requests to access, correct, or delete an enquiry can be made through the enquiry form; include the submission reference when available.

Your choices

Submission is voluntary. Consent is required because contact information is necessary to process and respond to an enquiry. Do not include confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data in the message field.
